- PROGRESSIVE REALTY ADVISORS is a professional commercial real estate firm specializing in office and industrial tenant representation, landlord representation (leasing and management) and commercial sales. P.R.A. was established by veteran Dallas real estate broker Michael K. Tanner and is supported by a network of cooperating real estate brokers, an experienced real estate lawyer, space planners, architects, tenant construction specialists, and several comprehensive real estate data (information) sources.
